While laying on my living room floor for an impromptu nap, I accidentally pinch my neck. Excruciating pain shoots through my body from my shoulders to the top of my head, but soon fades to a dull ache. I expect it to be gone by tomorrow morning, and go about my business. But then I start noticing some disturbing things
